Dose of Nature Featured at Joe Wicks Festival in Kew Gardens

We were thrilled to be featured in a talk at the Joe Wicks Festival at Kew Gardens on Sunday, 6th July, as part of a session on Nature and Wellbeing led by Dr Sonia Gandhi and Dr Manisha Kotecha from Crane Park Surgery and the Lifestyle Medics team.

Dr Manisha shared our work with the audience in a deeply thoughtful and meaningful way, and the interest that followed was heartwarming.

We shared our Nature Prescription and Young Person’s Programme leaflets with attendees and even handed out a few copies of A Little Dose of Nature to families. From barefoot grounding exercises to laughter spilling over from the neighbouring tent, it was a joyful and affirming experience that reminded us why this work matters.

Our thanks to the Lifestyle Medics team and to all those who stopped by to learn more.
