Support us

Dose of Nature is pioneering a model of mental health intervention based on connecting with nature.

Our model is a highly effective, and cost-effective alternative to medication and traditional therapy. It also has the added benefits of building communities and strengthening our collective appreciation of nature. Our ambition is to make our approach as widely available as possible.

We are still a small charity, sustained by many loyal partners and incredible volunteers. Anything you can do for us makes a real difference.

We support people with a wide range of mental health problems, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, addiction and psychosis. Further funding enables us to help more people suffering from the debilitating effects of these mental health issues.
