Dose of Nature Christmas Party
Dose of Nature held its first Christmas Party in December 2019
To celebrate our first year as a registered UK charity, we invited the Dose of Nature community to our very first Christmas party. Over 50 people attended this special event where we shared BBQs, smores, the warmth from the fire-pits and our joint love of nature. A particular highlight was hearing the wonderful work of our writing group - their poems inspired by nature were incredibly moving.
Dose of Nature hosted a special nature wellbeing workshop with a group from LEAH, a wonderful local charity in Richmond.
Our beautiful site in Kew, Pensford Field, has officially been awarded the prestigious Green Flag Community Award.
Mental health practitioners from West London NHS Trust complete training with Dose of Nature at Pensford Field, Kew to deliver 10-week nature prescriptions for psychosis recovery, backed by a new LSE trial.
