A Little Dose of Nature

We are so proud to share the exciting news that our brand-new book, A Little Dose of Nature, has recently been published! This beautifully illustrated book, aimed at 5-8 year-olds, provides the opportunity to explain the mental health benefits of nature to young children.  As well as explaining nature's five active ingredients (fractal patterns, nature sounds, phytoncides, soil bacteria and sunlight), the book includes 25 fun activities to help children discover all the amazing benefits they can bring.

A Little Dose of Nature is published by eco-imprint Ivy Kids, who create planet friendly books. All books published by Ivy Kids are printed locally on 100% post-consumer recycled paper. We’re hoping to see A Liitle Dose of Nature in local bookshops soon.  In the meantime, you can support indie bookshops by buying your copy from Bookshop.org – where at least 10% of each sale goes directly to a local indie bookshop of your choice.
