Training our Dose of Nature Guides

Training Day for Dose of Nature Guides held at Pensford Field

The latest group of volunteers recently completed their training programme to become Dose of Nature Guides, with a combination of classroom learning, and activities and exercises in the glorious urban nature reserve at Pensford Field in Kew.

Here, volunteers share their thoughts on the day:

"I so enjoyed my Dose of Nature training and now loving fractals, snapshots of nature and my little weed friends. Thank you Alison for putting together a wonderful training program, and the delicious catering! It was fab to be trained with you all. I’m still smiling".

"Really enjoyed our two days. Very inspiring to be part of this project and am appreciating being more mindful in nature".
