Support us
Dose of Nature aims to build a community of dedicated people who recognise the importance of mental wellbeing and understand the huge benefits to mental health of spending time in natural environments. There are many ways to get involved: by
volunteering as part of our Dose of Nature Prescriptions programme; by donating; by organising a Dose of Nature event or workshop in your business, school or college; or by joining our youth programme, becoming a young nature champion, or volunteering as part of the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.

We support people with a wide range of mental health problems, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, addiction and psychosis. Further funding enables us to help more people suffering from the debilitating effects of these mental health issues.
