Knitting and Nattering in Nature
This year’s new Knitting and Nattering in Nature group has been a huge success. This supportive and fun group forms part of our wonderful programme which is accessible to our clients undergoing their 10-week nature prescription, and as continued support for those who have completed it. We have welcomed people as young as 21, and across the decades up to age 80 plus. This group is for every age and ability, with complete beginners and advanced knitters enjoying the creative activities together. Guided by our group leader, Stef, our knitters come together to create beautiful joint projects and to work on their own individual pieces of work.

Knitting in nature has helped our clients to gain confidence, chatting with each other and learning something new and positive. It’s a real highlight in the week and it’s wonderful seeing the amazing creations come into fruition.
